XY-6 Trailer-mounted Core Drilling Rig
The XY-6 trailer-mounted core drilling rig is a new and reinforced model that integrates the main drilling unit, drilling tower, mud pump, winch, mixer, and control cabinet on a trailer platform. This design facilitates easy relocation and shortens auxiliary time.
The XY-6 trailer-mounted core drilling rig mainly consists of the main unit, trailer platform, drilling tower, and auxiliary components, with the following features:
1. The main unit has a high output torque, a wide range of rotation speeds, and multiple speed gears. It uses a linkage-type power-increasing chuck with good compensation, strong clamping force, stable, and reliable operation. High-quality universal parts are used for easy replacement and high reliability.
2. The trailer platform uses a full trailer traction method with a rotating turntable on the front axle. It is equipped with a dual-line air brake system, shock absorption devices, and tail light systems. The number of axles is 3 with 12 tires. The trailer has a carrying capacity of 40T and a speed limit for towing ≤ 40km/h.
3. The drilling tower has an effective height of 12.7m and a rated load capacity of 500KN. The second layer is located at a height of 8m and can accommodate Φ60 drill rods up to 1500m. The drilling tower is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders, with bidirectional hydraulic locks to balance the lifting of the two tower cylinders for synchronous and uniform movement. Both raising and lowering of the tower are equipped with throttle control valves to prevent rapid movement.
4. The trailer platform is equipped with four support legs, with the front legs being foldable. They are equipped with bidirectional hydraulic locks and mechanical lead screw locks. During normal operation, the piston of the cylinder is not under force, and the mechanical lead screw bears the load.
