BW-3000/16 Mud Pump
Main Uses and Features
The BW-3000/16 mud pump is a horizontal five-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump. It is mainly used in conjunction with non-trenching drilling rigs with a maximum pull-push force of about 500 tons. It can also be used in conjunction with hydrogeological water well drills, shallow hole petroleum drills, and other equipment. It has the following features:
1. Compact structure, stable operation, wide flow range, high output pressure, and long service life of wear parts;
2. Equipped with eight gears with a reasonable gear ratio, offering a wide range of flow and pressure variations, strong adaptability to construction conditions, and high efficiency;
3. Five-cylinder single-acting piston structure, with uniform flow and minimal pressure fluctuations, ensuring stable performance;
4. Pump body and crankshaft made of steel structural components, with high strength and reliability; connecting rods with cylindrical roller bearings, enhancing shaft load capacity and smooth movement;
5. Forced splash lubrication within the box, increasing the service life of parts;
6. Cylinder liners and pistons are spray-cooled, extending their service life;
7. Symmetrically arranged suction and discharge pipes can be mounted on either side, offering flexibility;
8. Equipped with Cummins engine and Fast transmission, both domestic brand products, ensuring product performance and after-sales service;
9. Capable of remote control, providing convenient operation.
